II. Product Description: This product is a new type of lead-free soft brazing solder, with tin as the substrate, adding 9% zinc and a small amount of improved elements, and special flux, the content of which is 1.0-3.5% (wt%), with a low melting point, good tensile strength, shear strength, thermal fatigue properties and joint strength. It is mainly used in aluminum-copper, aluminum-aluminum and special aluminum alloy welding. After the weldability test of China Saipao laboratory, the shear strength of the welded joint is about 66N/mm2, and the maximum wetting force Fmax is about 5N.

Usage: basically can be usd in the traditional lead-free soft brazing solder (SnCu0.7) welding equipment and welding process for welding.
